How to use honey for the face?

As a cream, balm, or mask, there are many ways to use honey for the face. Of course, cosmetic products exist on the market, but nothing is more rewarding than making them yourself. Here are three easy-to-make recipes to purify your skin:

Honey and cinnamon mask

To make a honey and cinnamon mask, mix 3 tablespoons of acacia (or orange tree) honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder until we get a homogeneous paste. Apply to your face, avoiding the eye and mouth area. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse.

Honey and lemon mask

The honey and lemon mask is prepared by mixing ½ teaspoon of honey with a few drops of lemon. Then apply the preparation to your face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse.

Gentle honey and sugar scrub

Mix 3 teaspoons of acacia honey, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil (if you have dry skin), or 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (if you have oily skin). Apply the resulting gentle honey and sugar scrub to the face, performing light circular massages. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse.
